Who qualifies for discounted rates?
Discounted sponsorship rates apply to members of:
Biotech Austria, Human.technology Styria, and Health Hub Tirol.
Is there a deadline for becoming a sponsor?
Sponsorship booking closes on July 1, 2025.
All slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
How do I book a sponsorship package?
- Download the Sponsorship Booking Form
- Complete and return it to:
📩 office@human.technology.at or office@biotechaustria.org - You’ll receive a confirmation and invoice.
- Once payment is received, your sponsorship is officially confirmed.
Can I choose my booth location?
Booth placement is based on:
- Sponsorship level
- Order of registration
➤ Premium sponsors receive preferred placement.
Booths will be located in the areas directly surrounding the main Aula of the Medical University of Graz, ensuring strong visibility and foot traffic.
Each booth consists of:
🪑 1 table (80 x 120 cm) + 2 chairs
➤ No shell scheme provided.
Will I receive a participant list?
No – due to data protection regulations, we do not provide participant lists.
➤ However, all sponsors receive access to the b2match platform, where you can browse attendee profiles, request meetings, and manage your event schedule.
Who attends the Biotech Summit?
- The summit welcomes 250+ participants from over 13 countries, including:
- Biotech, pharma, and medtech companies
- Startups, investors, and research institutions
- Executives, policy experts, and innovation leaders
What are the cancellation terms?
- Before July 1, 2025: 50% cancellation fee
- After July 1, 2025: 100% of the sponsorship fee applies
- In cases of force majeure (e.g. pandemic): 50% refund
