Supporting the BIOTECH SUMMIT AUSTRIA Community

The contributor packages outlined below are designed to support the organisation and delivery of the Biotech Summit Austria.
The event is conceived as a non-profit, professional, and community-driven format.
All listed elements serve to ensure appropriate visibility, transparency, and meaningful integration of contributing organisations within the event setting.
They do not constitute advertising, marketing, or sales-oriented services.
All content-related contributions are curated by the organisers and remain strictly non-commercial in nature.
Contribution package fees are reduced for members of BIOTECH AUSTRIA (BTA), Human.technology Styria (HTS) and Standortagentur Tirol with the Health Hub Tirol (HHT).

Start-Up Package – Start-Up Corner

Your involvement in the event

Participation of one representative in the professional exchange, including the pre-event Hike & Dine, the conference and the Gala Dinner
Allocation of a presentation space within the Start-Up Corner
Opportunity to deliver a short start-up pitch (content-focused, curated, no sales or product promotion)

Contribution fee

EUR 600* net – members of BTA, HTS and HHT
EUR 1,200* net – non-members

Package Basis

Your involvement in the event

Participation of up to two representatives in the professional exchange, including the pre-event Hike & Dine, the conference and the Gala Dinner
Basic visibility of your organisation within the event environment (website and selected printed materials)
Possibility to contribute informational materials to the registration bag
Allocation of a small networking space (1 table, 2 chairs, roll-up provided by the contributor)

Contribution fee

EUR 2,500* net – members of BTA, HTS and HHT
EUR 3,400* net – non-members

Your involvement in the event

Participation of up to four representatives in the professional exchange, including the pre-event Hike & Dine, the conference and the Gala Dinner
Opportunity to contribute a short professional impulse (up to 5 minutes) within the programme (content curated, no product or sales focus)
Enhanced visibility within the event environment and selected communications
Allocation of a larger networking space (2 tables, 4 chairs, roll-up provided by the contributor)
Possibility to contribute informational materials to the registration bag
Display of materials during the Gala Dinner

EUR 5,800* net – members of BTA, HTS and HHT
EUR 7,600* net – non-members

Package Platinum

Your involvement in the event

Participation of up to six representatives in the professional exchange, including the pre-event Hike & Dine, the conference and the Gala Dinner
Opportunity to deliver a professional content contribution (up to 15 minutes, (content curated, non-commercial)
Prominent acknowledgement as a key supporter of the event within the event environment
Allocation of a large networking space (2 tables, 4 chairs, roll-up provided by the contributor)
Acknowledgement in event-related communications (online & print)
Visual acknowledgement during programme breaks (material provided by the contributor)
Possibility for visible involvement within the conference and Gala Dinner setting (e.g. “supported by …”, non-exclusive)
Reserved Platinum table at the Gala Dinner, including seating preference coordination
Possibility to contribute informational materials to the registration bag
Additional non-exclusive integration options by mutual agreement

EUR 18,000* net – non-members

Our Approach

Contributor fees are used exclusively to enable this non-commercial, professional community event.

The Biotech Summit Austria does not pursue any profit-making objectives and is implemented in line with a broader innovation-, location-, and ecosystem-oriented mandate.

All visibility elements are:

non-exclusive
secondary to the event’s content
designed to ensure transparency within the community

No advertising, marketing, or sales services are provided.
