EVOLung: Regenerating the Damaged Lung from Within

 EVOLung represents a breakthrough approach to treating inhalation injuries — a critical medical challenge with limited therapeutic options and significant unmet clinical need.

 Our technology harnesses the regenerative power of keratinocytes to restore the damaged airway epithelium. Using an innovative spray and aerosol delivery system, these regenerative cells can be administered directly into the lungs, precisely targeting the areas where healing is needed most.

Keratinocyte-based therapies are already well established in wound healing, demonstrating strong regenerative potential and a proven safety profile. EVOLung builds upon this validated science, pioneering its application in respiratory regeneration with the goal of accelerating recovery, reducing complications, and improving clinical outcomes for patients suffering from inhalation injuries.

With a clear focus on clinical translation, scalable manufacturing, and market access, EVOLung offers an exceptional opportunity for strategic collaboration in the rapidly expanding field of cell-based and regenerative medicine.

We are currently seeking a strategic partner to co-develop and invest in this project, which offers a compelling upside including potential orphan drug designation for inhalation burns and promising applications in military medicine.

The project is presently at the pre-clinical stage, with ongoing efforts focused on the optimization and validation of the cell delivery system.
